If I’m storing ice in a piping bag and plan to use a piping tip, this is what I do. Here’s a handy trick I learned from team member and professional pastry chef, Stephanie. Remove the tubing bag, place the connector base in the tubing bag, place the plastic piece over the opener/connector base, fit the connector ring over the plastic film and twist to seal.
