So you know that shredding chicken for tacos or other different meals can be stressful? Well, there is an easier way to do it. There’s no need to risk burning your fingers shredding hot chicken with a fork. The secret is to use the paddle attachment of your stand mixer and “blender” the hot, cooked chicken breasts for a few minutes.

Did you know that in most blenders you can use a mason jar instead of the jug? I found this hack and image in Real Simple magazine.
