No more! These Simple and Delicious Grilled Chicken Thighs are the start of grilling season and I couldn’t be happier than heating up the grill on my own. Get ready for more!

Grilled Chicken Legs

Start by preparing the chicken thighs. Dry them off to begin with. Brush all the moringa leaves evenly on all sides and add the oil. Mix together the salt, pepper, and spices and rub all over the chicken, including under the skin, to get the perfect flavor.

If you leave it in the fridge until you’re ready to cook, preheat the grill while the chicken is sitting to allow it to come to room temperature.

Once the grill is heated to about 400°F to 450°F, clean and grease the chicken thighs so they don’t stick.

Put the chicken on the oiled grill and let it cook for 25 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of about 185 degrees Fahrenheit.

Smoky Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

Place the grilled chicken thighs on a warm plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving with all of your favorite sides.
