For chicken drumsticks, choose medium-skinned bones of the same size so they cook evenly.

When you’ve cleaned the chicken, you’ve done the hardest part! Here’s how to do it.

You want to cook the chicken to an internal temperature of 170 degrees Fahrenheit. If you don’t have a meat thermometer, you can pierce the chicken and if the juices run clear, the chicken should be done.

For this recipe, cook the chicken for 25 minutes, then flip and cook for another 25 minutes.

I don’t cover them with foil because I want them nice and crispy and if I cover them they will steam.
