You will find us in the studio from Monday to Friday, so if you order on a working day before 12 noon, we will do our best to make it and send it as soon as possible. If you order after 12 o’clock on a working day, your order will be made and sent the next working day – simple!
If you’ve treated yourself to a custom/personalized order or simply request a digital design proof, we’ll need a few extra working days to design your order, ensuring it’s absolutely perfect. An email will be sent to your email or Paypal account to let you know when your items are posted.
All orders from the UK are delivered by Royal Mail. Our standard UK delivery is estimated at 2-3 working days from dispatch and is not signed for delivery. If you’re pressed for time, we recommend choosing express shipping, which is guaranteed to arrive the next business day from dispatch.
All international orders are shipped by Royal Mail and will arrive by air without tracking. Our delivery to Europe is estimated at 3-7 working days (allow 14), to America and Australia 5-14 working days (allow 20), and to the rest of the world 5-20 working days (allow 28) . If you would like to add tracking to your order, you may be able to do so at checkout. If this option is not available to you, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
