What To Do With Your Green Bananas

This recipe calls for an 8 x 4-inch baking pan to make a tall loaf. This recipe will also work in an 8/2- x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan and will yield slightly shorter loaves. Due to the slightly larger dish, the cooking time is shorter: 47-75 minutes. A 9 x 5-inch pan makes extra short but tasty loaves; bake 45-55 minutes.
