Sesame Chicken and Lo Mein Noodles are among the others I immediately order from a Chinese menu, because how can you resist sweet and sticky chicken or chow mein? Many General Tso’s chicken recipes can be complicated and some require special sauces that you might only find at an Asian grocery store, but not this recipe! All you need are simple pantry ingredients and the only Asian seasoning you need is soy sauce, so skip the hoisin sauce!

My bread calls for flour, but cornstarch can easily be substituted, as I did for this General Tso’s chicken. The process is broken down into 2 simple steps, harvesting the chicken and then drying the sauce with the chicken.
