Stuffed chicken is a great holiday meal and an alternative to turkey. In the past, I’ve mostly skipped chicken breasts and baby chickens for Christmas-inspired cooking. Take baby chickens to another level by wrapping them in bacon and adding pistachios and cranberries to the stuffing.

I like to cook chicken and stuffed chicken in white wine, broth, garlic and herbs. It makes the most delicious casserole soup.

As with any fried chicken recipe, the best thing to serve here is fried potatoes. Check out my recipe.

Alternatively, simply toss the new potatoes with olive oil, season and fry them until golden brown on the outside. It takes about 40 minutes or 30 minutes in the air fryer.

You can cut the ground chicken into slices, add greens of your choice, and roast potatoes or new potatoes of your choice. I love this boneless chicken recipe. It’s everything I’ve been craving, wrapped in delicious golden chicken skin and juicy, tender meat, wrapped in a thin layer of salty prosciutto filled with savory spinach, mushrooms and Gruyere cheese.

This is my favorite recipe when we have company. Besides tasting amazing and looking great, there’s no last-minute prep. You can roll it up and tie it ahead of time, and once it’s baked, you can pop it in the oven and do whatever you want.

It’s not so much the image as the sound of a fork scraping the skin that grabs my attention. That’s how I met Mandy Lee and her blog, Lady and Puppies. Less than an hour after visiting his site, I ordered his book and printed out 3 recipes that I had to make quickly. One of them was his excellent butterfly and crispy fried chicken (which you should try too). And it was great – definitely worth cleaning the hob to clean up the aftermath.

The first time I deboned a whole chicken (turns out I shouldn’t have). In his recipe, you end up with two halves and leave the bone on the drumstick to hold its shape. I kind of missed that part and took it all apart. It was a happy accident, really 🙂

Easy Ways To Cook Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

If you’ve never done it before, deboning a chicken can seem a bit daunting. If you have a sharp knife and a bit of patience, you’ll find that’s really not the case. The first two times I used kitchen shears and a paring knife, then for my birthday Hannah gave me the perfect boning knife that I love! So you can use whatever you want, just make sure it’s clean.
