Crock-Pot Tuscan Sausage Soup – Rich and oh-so-flavorful, this Crock-Pot Tuscan Sausage Soup is a vegetable-packed, comforting option for cold days. This soup is naturally gluten free and can be easily customized. Throw the dishes into the slow cooker, then set it and forget it! Enjoy!

1. To make Tuscan Crockpot Sausage Soup: Add Italian sausage to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is cooked through. Pour off any fat that drips from the pan. Add the onion and celery and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. This step is optional but ensures that most of the fat is removed from the meat in the soup.
