These cook relatively quickly and are more difficult to cook than boneless chicken breasts.

Choose medium-sized skin-on chicken bones that are similar in size so they cook evenly.

The answer is that it depends on the size of the chicken pieces and the type of oven and pan.

For chicken drumsticks that are 3-4 ounces (85-113 grams) each, bake at 200 C for 30-40 minutes, until the internal temperature of the chicken is 76 C.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes at 400 F until the meat is cooked through (170 F).

This is one of my favorite recipes because of how easy it is to put together, but the resulting dish feels like slaving away in the kitchen for hours.
