I have made it so many times when I have guests over, or for a special family dinner. That’s what I call minimal effort for maximum impression. It literally takes me 5 minutes to throw the batter together. Once you’ve perfected the time it needs in your particular oven, this very simple yet gooey and addictive chocolate cake is a winner every time.

This is a pretty classic banana bread recipe that happens to get rave reviews. Aside from the fact that it’s a sweet bread for a little treat, you won’t be tempted to scoff all week. Bake it in just half an hour (half the time of a larger banana bread) either in the oven … or in the deep fryer!

It’s also a very adaptable recipe and I’ve listed several ways to make substitutions based on what you have and like. It’s very easy to “healthy” with different oils, sweeteners, flour and milk!

This is another recipe. Incredibly simple. Only 5 ingredients. Very rich and lemony, gooey and gooey and addictive. A crowd pleaser that is perfect to end a family dinner.

Don’t ask me why, but these are especially delicious right out of the freezer! Don’t have Cheerios? No need to worry – just use Rice Krispies, Cornflakes or other cereals instead.

You’re only 5 minutes and 4 ingredients away from impressing your guests (and yourself!) with these chocolate casseroles every time. No guests? Why not make them as a mid-week treat for your family?
