I decided to make baked chicken legs and after several batches settled on what I found to be the most suitable marinade and baking method. While some were good, things like the simple seasoning left us wanting brighter flavors and the sweet and spicy Asian marinade cooked in the baking dish left us wanting more brown flavor and crispy skin.
