Gameboom VR developers announced the news on Reddit with a trailer (embedded above) and an AMA with the developers. In a comment, Gameboom VR said that the team “put a lot of effort into making sure that the Meta Quest 2 version of the game has all the mechanics (including explosions and fires!) and comparable visuals known from the PCVR version.” Gameboom wrote that they “rewrote the game’s code” and the Quest 2 version runs at a “steady 72fps” on standalone headsets.
